Season: Winter Today’s Forecast: Sunset: The days are short and cold. Snow falls constantly and seems to never let up. The sun may shine, but don't expect the temperature to rise much. Many animals are long gone and only the small prey have remained but wolves may try their luck and see if they can find something large. What will the Winter season bring? Alvetra's Temperature: High's in the 20's and Lows in the -10 degrees. Devian's Temperatures: High's in the 15's and Lows in the -10 degrees. Ranook's Temperature: High's in the 21's and lows in the -8 degrees. By late tonight, all packs should expect lots of snow. Use the calm while you can!	All of the packs have one alpha each. Auditions are no longer open and to become one, your wolf must earn the current alpha's love and trust. We also need Co-Admins(2), Global Moderators(2), and a Moderator.
		Seasons
Staff	Updates	Right now it is mid winter. Females should be coming into heat and all that crap. But don't expect to have the pups right away-you need to wait until spring.

A wolf from the north...

Artica slowed to a stop as a strangely familiar scent drew her attention. Investigating it directly, her suspicions were conformed. She knew this wolf.
Lifting her muzzle to the sky, she howled, alerting any wolf that could hear her that she was entering the territory, but was not a threat. Then, with a steady breath, she crossed the border.

The foreign howl drew the attention of more than the one it was intended for. A black and white wolf growled and darted forward, out of the bushes, and knocked the loner's paw back to the other side of the border. The male narrowed his eyes at the white stranger. These scent-markings are here for a reason. he informed her. You howl and wait, not howl and come on in.
Well? What do you want?

Artica stepped back and gave the newcomer a wary look. "Sorry.." she muttered seeming mildly embarrassed. "Can I come in?" She readied herself in case the male decided to attack. She didn't want to fight, but if she had to...

Answer my question before asking me anything. he said, eyeing (spelled correctly. yay spell check!) her. This is not worth my time.... Where's Shadow anyway? And Xhilrian, where the hell is he?

A familliar scent, and a loud howl, drew the alpha male's attention away from hunting and set the rabbit running. He couldn't place it but he had definately smelled it before. He wandered towards the border, thinking more about how empty his stomach was than the loner. He saw Aydan standing before a white female and stared for a moment. Not Dashna, and there isn't a rabbit in her jaws. Aydan has it under control. He turned and walked away before the beta male or the loner could comment. But something lingered on the edge on his mind. This is going to drive me up a tree all day...

Artica spotted the male and immeadiately recognized him. He disappeared from sight as she called out. "Wait a minute. Xhilrian? Is that you? I thought a recognized your scent." She watched the bushes hopefully. Perhaps he would still come back.

Aydan stepped to the side to block the female's line of vision. You never answered my question. But... I know he heard you. I smell a story. he said, sitting down with a curious expression on his face.

Artica blinked a couple of times. "I don't thinks it's my place to say....not yet at least." she answered, suddenly getting very quiet. "May I possibly speak with Xhil. I do realize it's his call, but you have control whether I enter the territory or not, so..."

If he wanted to speak to you, he would have stopped or come back. Aydan said. Why didn't he stop though... He usually doesn't avoid anyone, this could be interesting. No, its personal business. But what happened? His cuirosity got the better of him. It always did. I might be able to work something out, follow me. he said, standing and starting to walk towards camp.
